DesignOps Island Discs Season Two

DesignOps Island Discs is back! It’s been 4 months since we wrapped up season one, where we primarily looked at DesignOps from a birds-eye view; what it means, how to hire and how to set your org up right.

We’re back for season two with more episodes and more focus, this time drilling down into the nitty-gritty of what makes design systems, and DesignOps as a whole, work. From documentation to plugin workflows to tokens to measurement to defining individual roles, this season is jam-packed with super smart folks from across the industry, including folks from Figma, Stripe, Capital One, zeroheight and loads more.

The season kicks off on October 11th with Chase McCoy and the future of design system documentation. We’ll then be releasing every week on Monday morning, right up until the end of the year.
