After organizing design meetups for the past 7 years, Sil founded the Design Systems conference & community Into Design Systems. The Future of Design Systems Conference is one of the biggest virtual, interactive Design System conferences worldwide. As an ex Freelance Design Systems Lead & Consultant, Sil has helped numerous companies building their Design Systems over the past 7 years.
Sil has a big heart for the community & is a fan of exceptional experiences. In their spare time Sil enjoys traveling and going on bike rides in the Alps.
