Assess page helpfulness

zeroheight now includes an easy way for you to survey your viewers.

You can enable a simple widget that asks viewers to rate how helpful a page was with a thumbs up or thumbs down. All of the data from your viewers is aggregated in the Analytics dashboard, allowing you to see how pages are performing at a glance.

Use the data to prioritize which pages your design system team should work on improving next. Or, find pages that are performing well to mimic their structure.

Regardless of how you use the data, the page helpfulness widget gives you important information about how viewers are finding the documentation.
