Annalisa Recio – Vice President of User Experience, Eptura; she/her

Annalisa serves as the Vice President of User Experience (UX) at Eptura and brings over 15 years of design experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to lead diverse interdisciplinary teams in both mid-size Software as a Service (SaaS) companies and Fortune 50 enterprises, including VMware, HP, Home Depot, and IBM. Notably, she has contributed to developing four design systems, demonstrating her expertise in this area. Her extensive professional background has provided her with valuable insights, which she now applies to her current endeavor of establishing a world-class design system at Eptura.

Catherine Stolarski – UI Design Director, Schneider Electric; she/her

Catherine has been UI Design Director at Schneider Electric for the last two years, with a diverse background encompassing product design, web design, identity systems, and branding.

She finds great satisfaction in her work, as it enables her to contribute to the collaborative efforts of cross-functional teams, such as marketing, engineering, and data, to address complex challenges and develop comprehensive visions while making a meaningful impact on organizations.

Throughout her decade-long journey in the design field, spanning corporate, startup, and entrepreneurial environments, she has had the opportunity to refine her creative and business strategy, design leadership, executive communication, and team-building skills.

Henry Daggett – Design System Lead, Societe Generale

Henry is a Digital Product Designer building design systems and tools to bring designers and developers closer than ever. Working at Societe Generale, he focuses on optimizing user experiences for financial products.

Jérôme Benoit – Design System Lead, Doctolib; he/him

With a 15-year track record in the design field, notably in branding and product design, Jérôme is passionate about the power of design systems to create meaningful impact. He’s always striving to be a dedicated supporter of cross-functional teams, thanks to the design system. Jérôme believes that by learning, sharing his knowledge and collaborating with other designers, they can make a real difference and create a real supportive design community that uplifts us all.
