Outside of work you’ll find Ellis in North London supporting Arsenal, out exercising, indoors gaming or down the pub.
Morgane Peng
Design Director (Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking)
Morgane Peng is a Managing Director and Head of Design at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. She is responsible for the design vision and strategy to deliver united and meaningful experiences with her team across Societe Generale’s product suite for start-ups, corporates and financial institutions.
Previously, Morgane ventured into various fields such as consulting, financial markets and tech. In her spare time, she’s a gamer at heart and works on an indie video game which was successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
Jack Reeves
Design System Strategist (Helly Hansen)
Jack is a design strategist with a background in graphic design, web development and brand marketing. He’s been working in design systems teams 2017 for international companies such as TELUS, Musto and presently Helly Hansen. When he’s not geeking out about typography or the perfect use of whitespace, you can find him restoring his Portuguese farmhouse, surfing (or attempting to), or getting lost in the Portuguese countryside with his dog Willow.
Michelle Chin
Design Advocate (zeroheight)
Michelle Chin is a Design Advocate at zeroheight and will moderate the webinar. She has experience in starting design systems from scratch and then scaling them across a 30+ product portfolio for an enterprise company. She’s also the co-host of the UX In Real Life podcast that examines what UX is really like at work and in the world around us. Michelle is also an environmental justice advocate and works to provide tree equity in Oakland, California.
Learn from our awesome panelists about how they’ve approached running their design system like a product. They’ll answer questions around planning, prioritizing, maintaining backlogs and roadmaps – including common mistakes and best practices.
