Geri is a design systems consultant from London. As design and accessibility lead on the NewsKit Design System, she helped some of the UK’s largest newspaper and broadcast brands to design at scale. Previously, Geri led design on design systems at Lloyds Banking Group and Checkout.com. She is a keen accessibility advocate, amateur writer, and documentation nerd.

PJ has worked on design systems since 2011 for companies such as General Electric, Disney, Pinterest, and PayPal. He’s had the fortune to experience many different aspects of this practice through contributing to design systems as an engineer, designer, manager, and product owner.

Michelle serves the design community through knowledge sharing, building bridges, and consulting. She works with companies of all sizes and experiences to untangle the challenges they’re facing with their design system. Before joining zeroheight, she worked on all design phases, from starting them for small products to scaling them across large enterprise portfolios. She co-hosts the UX IRL and the Design Systems WTF podcasts. Michelle is also an environmental justice advocate and works to provide tree equity in Oakland, California.
